Does anyone have a map to all the routes at Rietvlei Farm (Garmin recorded, etc). I am starting to make Rietvlei my every saturday outing and would like to see the routs and do some sort of planning regarding my training.

I'm looking at upgrading my MTB and just want some advice.

 

 

 

I'm looking to spend about R7500.

 

 

 

My personal choice is the GT Avalanche 1.0 disc with an upgrade on the fork. Me wanting to put the Rockshox Tora that comes on the Avalance Expert on it.

[Replacement]

When should you replace your chain, cassette and chain rings?

 

Took my bike in for a minor service and the bike shop said that my chain, cassette and chain rings needs replacing... It doesn't jump or do anything it shouldn't, actually it is in perfect condition...

 

 

 

So I recon only replace when it gives trouble?????

I recently bought a bike for my fiance when she got keen to ride....

 

 

 

I bought a Silverback Alpine for R2500. It is probably the best value for maney you can get. Not even the Raleighs compared.

 

Seriously it is a nice Bike... 24 speed Alivio with lockout shock. I rode it a couple of times and did a long side with it and I love it.

 

 

 

I will suggest it to anyone....
