  1. Hi All Trust Everybody’s Well, I recently decided I would like to go internal cable shifters as I would like my cockpit to look clean & more tidy.

Im currently running a dura ace 7800 groupset and I was told it’s compatible with all shimano 10s shifters except the new tiagra

I would like to know how much the 10s shifters are going for?? (Haven’t seen any for sale) & if there’s any advice or tips

    Thanks! 🤙🏽

  3. I just took apart an old fixie. You are welcome to it.

On-One Il Pompino frame, carbon fork (both in baby blue), shimano 170mm track cranks and 48 tooth ring and bb, I have flat bars and brand new track drops and a set of flip flop wheels with novatec bolt on track hubs and red rums.

    Chain included.

Hi what is your whatsapp number

  4. Look at the track bike ads in the classifieds. Trouble is that they are often tubbie wheels and that is not ideal for an every day ride fixie. Clinchers will be better and easier to fix in case of punctures. Good ones are often also pretty expensive, especially deep section ones.

Possibly your best bet is to buy new from someone like Rook Cycles in Cape Town. They have very decent fixed / flip flop wheels on Novatec hubs and for a reasonable price too.

They have a great sale on a.t.m.

Not sure where you are based, but sure they will ship for about R100 to anywhere in SA

Thanks DJR i know about rook cycle i actually own a Rook fixie but i am looking to build up one from second hand parts but thanks for you advise
