  1. Something I spoke about a while ago on the hub and I got laughed at.
  2. White Fox? Not cream.
  3. Ignore the guys that say you must buy their bikes that they have been trying to flog for how long. Ask the relevant questions and go through all the answers. Between all the selfish punts you will find the answer you are looking for. If a hubber does happen to have what you are looking for and that is within your budget send him a PM and remember to ask questions regarding the bike. If possible try and go the the person and look at the bike and parts on the bike. Take it for a spin if you can and then make a decision.
  4. Very good idea!!!
  5. Had the same problem with mine. Took the pads out and removed the caliper from the mounting bolts. Cleaned it with a rag and sprayed a little bit of silicone spray onto the piston. Insert finger and pump the brake a few times lightly. Wipe excess silicone spray off and reassemble. No more problems with a sticky piston.
  6. Campagnolo just works for me. Small hands and the hoods on Campy suits me just right.
  7. Stunning sunshine day here in Cape Town!!!
  8. What irks me is the fact that if you want to join a club you HAVE to buy the club kit and ride in it.
  9. 53/39 with a 11-21 at the back.
  10. [QUOTE=Nish4]From what I have heard the specialized have custom (expensive) and unreliable crank bearings not compatible with Campag or Shimano and the rear chainstay does not like deep dish rims (zip 808's). Tom Boonen went through 3 frames before they got it right for him. Then again the rear of the cervelo R3SL is too hard for others. Why dont Specialized have a R&D team like the Cervelo test team ? I would personally take the new Cervelo S2. I think you heard wrong. Have not had a single problem with mine. If you do not want the crank do not buy the module frame but rather the frame only.
  11. 1 Cycle Lab is open. 2 Quick link works a charm and makes it easier to remove chain for cleaning. Sorted
  12. Specialized.
  13. If the BCD are the same and they are both 5bolt or 4 bolt then you shoukd not have a problem. Have done it before and it worked just fine.
  14. Yep' date=' thanks chaps - most enjoyable despite my close encounters with a couple of large rocks. Thanks as well for the tips - I'll catch you on the downhills one day.... [/quote'] Hope you did not get in trouble when you got home. What happened to our pics?
  15. Now that was a great ride. Thanks guys.
  16. Yes and a tool to fasten the BB Cups if you have external bearings.
  17. And I want to test that nice new triple on the bike. Yep took the double off after training with it for three months.
  18. Have faith brother!!
  19. Must say we have had a few showers already!! Think you better start getting that red ready.
