I don't know the ice id but sweatsafe that's another store . My son had a wipeout with his mx bike last week Friday . My initial contact the operator was not sure what I was talking about . When we eventually got the ambulance there the medics where awesome . When I showed them my sweatsafe card they did not know anything about it . My son was taken to arwyp medical center . Then I showed them the card they did not know anything about it . Plus minus R 18000 later spent on CT scans and whatever else needed to be done they wanted to admit my son . The quote came to R 54000 upfront payment . I made contact with sweatsafe and they informed me that they do not cover casualty and that they would only look at a claim post hospitalization . BE VERY CAREFUL . THE PROMISES MADE TO GET YOU TO TAKE THE PRODUCT DO NOT PAN OUT .
