Hi, Anyone taking warfarin and cycling regularly? I am doing the 94.7 on Sunday and concerned about cramps. What do you use for cramp prevention? Reading up on Warfarin / Magnesium interactions, I have seen that it may not be safe to take Magnesium supplements. Thanks

Hi, Hope this post is in the right place. I just bought the Drift Innovation HD170 Helmut cam. It is sturdy cam capable of 1080p resolution video and 5M still pics. Can't wait to try it over the weekend. What really did impress me was the service from the supplier - Action Cameras in Randburg. I placed the order this morning at 8:30 and by 15:00 it has been couried to me (in JHB). Not often one gets such good service from an online supplier. Cheers

Hi, I am using SportyPal on an Android phone - works well and doesn't drain the battery significantly. Rides are uploaded directly to the SportyPal website (www.sportypal.com) where you can see more detail (intergrates with Google Maps). My brothers are using SportyPal on their Symbian phones and it works just as well there. Cheers
