  2. Hi Liam yes on the same page been putting in a fair amount of time making sure im very fit. From all my previous injuries, did notice my recovery much quicker when i was in good shape. Im actually looking forward to start swimming again, in the past has helped tremendously with my back and knee injuries. It also does help that my orthopead is a cyclist, and operated on me numerous times already. D
  3. Thnx MTBeer, gives me some peace of mind its not going to be a lengthy process. Been quite impressed with the Physio and Doctor. Already have me booked for 2 sessions week for next 6 weeks. D

  6. Thanks Gents, yes 5 knee ops and arthritis finally did me in. Go in on Tuesday for replacement. Im no fan of E-bikes but actually makes great sense for recovery, will definitely look into it and let you know recovery process... Thnx D
  7. Morning all, Was wondering if anyone had some insight how long after knee replacement surgery they got back in the saddle (mountain biking). Any valuable insight appreciated, (the orthopedic surgeon has been quite amazing with information and preparation). But wanted to hear some first hand feedback and insight. Thnx D
  8. Thanks, yes they got him a power meter now, to further help. So be really interesting to see how the coaching, input / guidance goes. D

  10. Morning All Thank you for the feedback. He's into this extreme marathon mtb stuff Recce Raid, etc and has progressed leaps and bounds last 2 years at only 24 years old think he has great potential for this. He now for the first time has a coach giving some guidance on the training side. D
  11. Good day all I am trying to help a youngster on his way. What are all the requirements around becoming a registered Elite rider. I would presume to start with CSA licensing. But appreciate guidance on where to start this process. And requirements to be aware of. Thnx D

  13. The little fellows in the East have got along way to go, to develop quality and durability of the Campagnolo. I think a 31 day ban for using the Campag.. name in the same discussion as the other 2 players..... 😁
  14. ORIM Global bought the Magura agency last year, they are distributor supplying the bike shops, not sure they sell direct to public.
  15. There have been numerous cases where over the years the GT win, has been given to a team mate. Goes back as far as LeMond.... its certainly not about everyone being a winner. Its respecting your Team mate and supporting them, for years of support they've given you. Just a thought use it dont..
