Thanks for pointing out that road races are more expensive Ouza. I hear you about costs - maybe an opportunity for an innovative new player.

I did a few of the Nissan Trail Seeker (now King Price Trail Seeker) events last year and quality photos were included in the price. I’m interested to know why you think the road race organisers (Hectic Promotions) can’t have the same value proposition since their pricing is similar to the Trail Seeker events at over R300 a race? Frosty - maybe different costing models for the event organiser to include the photos in the entry? Ouza - maybe numbers are too low as you said especially if it’s not included in the entry fee. As for the email spam - easy to solve that one.

Thanks Spinnekop. It’s a bit disappointing that these races don’t have high quality photos like those of the mountain bike races which use Action Photos as the service provider to capture the memories.

Hi All, How safe is the Bike Hub payment method? I had a fraudulent debit order go off my account today. Just a few days after giving Bike Hub my Banking details. Maybe Bike Hub can respond. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Best, Grant

Hi Robert, Thanks for your response. Apologies for such a long delay, I only saw this now. I managed to join a cycling club (Shere Cycling Club @ Bruce Reyneke). We ride on Saturday's at 6am (weather permitting) and normally do around 40km-50km at a slowish pace (20km/h). My goal is to check out all the parks in Gauteng. I also ride in the East during the week, single track and jeep track say 20-40km around 20-25km/h depending. You welcome to join? Best, Grant
