That is quite a coincidence Looks like we are all thinking along similar lines here - nice research project for now, hopefully to turn into a reality soon !

So I haven't seen this asked in a while - what would be a maximum local content (i.e. manufactured in ZA) build for a down country / trail bike ? The thinking is to build around a Pyga Mobu frame, but it would be great to hear opinions on how far the rest can go. Between cSixx and South Industries we could definitely get wheels, some drivetrain and a fair bit of finishing kit done. Note sure how much of their portfolio Lyne builds locally (e.g. their droppers), and of course I am definitely missing others.
