  1. Thanks! Will give it a go. I assume it is a paid subscription?
  2. On what platform are you guys doing the races on? How about a zwift hub ride? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Personnaly i cant fault it. Working perfectly. Love the fact that it is self powered. No cables. Just climb on and gooi! I don't use the tacx software, i find zwift much more fun and immersive! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Hi guys. So finally got myself an indoor trainer. Snapped up a Tacx Bushido Smart trainer. It has Ant+ and bluetooth smart. Connecting to my iphone / ipad over bluetooth. But to use Zwift etc i need a Ant dongle it seems. What do guys recommend getting? Looking forward to joining some rides! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. How about some craft baggies please?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Good evening CwC team, Some XTR M9000 race brake set will be really niiiice! Please. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I also made the mistake of watching the highlight video. Damn it looks like fun. And in the heart of single track heaven. On my to-do list for sure. Will need someone to commit with me in the near future. Who is in?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. First 30km was fun. But last 20km i did not enjoy. Looong jeep track climb and jeep track descent. Also the wind was pumping!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Ah yes. I know who you are referring to. Saw him digging at g spot one day. Vlugplaas = vliegplaas is the name. Jump spot. And yes - mx bikes so could not see any number plates for possible identification.
  10. Hi all, I saw the 3 bikers yesterday when i did my local ride in G-Spot / Eden. I stay in Paradyskloof. It was in the afternoon while they were taking a break. There is damage for sure. Especially in the turns (they opened up the gas). I am very peeved off since the builders spend their whole day digging just for bikers to rip to shreds. We have to identify these guys. If we don't stop it now - it just opens up the gate for more to come.
  11. Apologies - double post from my iphone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Hi hubbers, I need your advice please. I want to give this virtual training / racing thing a go. Where is the best place to start. I have the following equipment thus far: - Older 26er mtb which i am planning on using - Garmin fenix 3 - Ipad - a very nice 27 inch computer monitor - laptop All i need is a trainer? But which one? I see cwc has the tacx bushido on sale for around 12k. Also saw the cycleops deal around the same price. But which software is the best / most popular? What do you guys use? Would like to join a race every now and again. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Hi all, Apologies if this has been covered somewhere else. I am in Paradyskloof and looking for riding partners. Started taking the XC thing a bit more seriously and wanted to know if there is group rides which I can join. Thanks Krynauw
  15. Right. So another fork change! Doing more XC so giving the Brain SID a bash. Must say - i like the blue with some orange! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Did the 44km today. Geez, a proper mtb race. Some tough climbs. Managed 3 hours on the dot. 10th spot in Batch C. Very good turnout which i did not expect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I you are going for 120mm i really recommend getting a revelation RCT3. I have one in 120 on my tallboy cc and it just rips. So smooth. Really good value for money imo.
  18. I have given up. Not getting any points for my garmin activities for the past month. It used to reflect within +- 5 mins. All discovery keeps on asking is screenshots of workouts that currently give me no points. Such a hassle and i still have received no points. Not sure how something that worked so well at the start of the year got broken this badly?
  19. Hi Chris, Help a brother out please! Some sealant: http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/stans-sealant-950ml and To fix them flats: http://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/fabric-co2-lever-kit And lastly - a valve core remover tool. Like the Stans one. Or any other one. Thanks a lot.
  20. Quick question - Can i do this directly on a smart TV or will i still need the smart box to install kodi on?
  21. Yes! Still running my revelation at 120mm and could not be happier. I run a neg 20 degree stem which keeps the front end nice and low. Even with the 120mm my front end is still lower than a buddy's epic with the aggressive stem. So you get the nice low front end for climbing and bomb down with 120mm of pure RCT3 awesomeness.
  22. Im not a massive Spez fanboy...I don't even ride one...BUT, they make some awesome shoes. Have been on their comp shoe for 4 years and still in top shape. Cost about 1300 years back.
  23. Also really enjoyed the event. Some nice tough climbs with awesome descends. Well organised too! Just bummed I did not win the spez fattie in the lucky draw!
  24. Nah...i love my shirt. Even better was the event. Will do next year again. Some tuff climbs but really enjoyed it. The new venue was waaay better than previous year. [emoji106]????
  25. Also have AC WL on my tallboy and they truly are awesome. The combo of price/weigh/looks make them a no-brainer. Will never go back to dinky-tiny width rims.
