"Vikings" is back!

I've just finished watching Epi 6 of Empire. I can see why it's huge in the states. Easily in the top 3 of my series viewing at the moment.

I really enjoyed the Newsroom & can't believe that the 3rd season was only 6 episodes. I'm a big fan of Aaron Sorkin's shows.

Just started watching the Brit Tv series "The Missing. It's taken the UK by storm. Also new is "Marco Polo" the first 2 episodes have aired. I'm really enjoying the light hearted show "Bad Judge" for nothing more than Kate Walsh's legs & in the same genre, "Benched" is worth watching. "Welcome to Sweden" was humorous & the series has been picked up for a further 10 episodes & for a bit of nostalgia I've gone back to the 1973 series "The World at War" well worth viewing again. I found "China Beach" on solarmovie. The soundtrack transports me back in time to the 80's & 90's.

The Newsroom Season 3 started last night. This has to be one of the better shows around.

Take a look a "Legit". It stars stand up shock comic Jim Jefferies. He has a skit on Oscar Pistorius on You Tube which is very funny. It looks like the show was cancelled after the end of the 2nd series which is a real pity.

I watched the pilot of "Satisfaction" last night. Looks promising.

My saddle cracked in the middle. The agents weren't interested in my problem. Epic Bike shop came to the party with a replacement saddle at cost.

Anybody else try the Tuk Tuk's from the Grand Parade to registration? Great Idea to help sort out the parking problem. I felt as if I was in India being transported around. Quick & Easy!

We had an encounter with a Cobra coming off Dorsberg, Meerendal yesterday. My riding partner had to stop to let it pass. It was fully aware of her & completely unfazed by her presence. It was also too quick for her to get the camera out.
