This seems to suggest that late entires are acceptable providing you have approached certain individuals beforehand. That seems fair, obviously, and flexible. But how is this any different to the Sunblock saga, where van der Leek was refused participation on the grounds that it was late, never mind those in his club and others whom he said he approached beforehand?
