It’s for a spez sl4 chain ring size is 53/39 don’t have them with me now so can’t measure but the short (original) is sram red the longer is sram quarq crank

Please can someone advise I bought a new crank for my bike but the spindle length is a bit longer than my original one. As in pic, is there anything I can do to make it work they are both sram road cranks

I have just a done a 4 day stage race last week, and then took the weekend off with no riding, now when i went for a ride this morning my legs,(top/thigh) area were so sore almost like i was getting a "lamey" to that muscle, or spasiming (sp), i actually had to stop and come home, anyone no what this is? and what i can do about it thanks

I bought it 2nd hand and it worked for about a month! and now to show off my total ignorance I_BMC... replace the bateries in my garmin? or does the powertap also have batteries

I recently purchased a powertap, i have a garmin 500, which when i do the set up picks up the powertap etc, but when i ride its not picking up any readings, where do you think the problem may be? thanks
