Ok , ill "bite" the 310k was for the op only . The extras such as 3 x MRI ( one pre op , two post op ) and then physiotherapist etc was additional 45k . I did get a second opinion . And the second surgeon also suggested i have the operation . The surgeon ( 1st opinion ) was the best in the country at that stage and i did research before to see wether is was so . And indeed he was . As for following instructions . To the "letter " , to such an extent that i was off work for 8months on " his " instructions and advise. 8months off , ya quite a while , and once i returned to work i was replaced and lost my position two months later. End of my comment

Ive also been to the "butchery " and my lower back operation cost over R310 000 and I'm still in pain somedays. Plus now have limited movement in one leg. I say these "knobs" PRACTICE medicine. So they haven't got it right , they still practicing . Next Doctor or surgeon to see me will only charge me to certify me dead!

Hi everyone . I've had a bike fitment at my LBS . Now I looking for my frame . It's not a new frame but I've wanted this for a while ..... So I'm gonna place advert looking for one end of August 2013 . I need your input on what is price range that I'm looking at . My budget is 4k , is this to low for the frame ? The frame is a Raleigh Carbon Team , L ( as picture of similar bike attached ) . I had a option earlier but did not take it so now regret has set in ... Your feedback is welcome ! Thanks

Well that's what I thought ( current. Frame is a Raleigh Rc ) but I don't think it's such a good fit . My inseam is 780mm so I'm not sure i think a 60cm ? Do u perhaps know ?

I'm the same height , you think I should rather go for w 58cm . Some guys say a 60cm .. Presently I have w 54cm ," large " frame.. So far I don't feel like I'm "drowning" the frame . ...

I think I've posted in the incorrect section please move if you can ... Guys I need some help ..... i want to buy a road frame but I'm unsure which one would suit me best . I'm 1,89 tall . At the moment I ride a Large Raleigh RC 3000 frame . I have been " peace meal " upgrading my groupset to Ulteqgra 10 speed and now I'm looking out for a frame to buy . I'd like to upgrade to a carbon but which one is good value second hand? I guess I'd consider a Alu with Carbon fork or Alu carbon mix ? Lastly for the options you guys can give what are price I'm looking at . My budget is R5000 max What are your suggestions ? .. Thanks Delgado

That's amazing ! Savor the moments of the past and with your son ! They are ( I think a foundation of a great father son relationship )crucial to being well balanced ( pardon my pun) . The times riding you can teach him so much as u have his undivided attention . We use to have discussion of philosophy etc on those rides. What amazing time awaits you !
