thanks, I presume its the same application procces of "a drop" per link, wating a few minutes to allow access and wiping off the excess. do you get any grime build up?
I don't wish to start a lube debate but are there any new chain lube's which are worth trying. I ride in try dusty areas. I clean my bike after every ride and give the chain a good wipe down and re lube. I've been served well by Clean Ride, the old white Lightning which has a wax base.No chain suck, dropped chains etc. and its clean. I noticed recently there was a wax build up and despite all the efforts with a degreaser the wax was stubborn and never came off and started the long ardious process of using a tooth pick and eventually got all the wax off. Would the Epic Ride be a better proposition or are there any suggestions? Thanks.
Sorry, I missed your post but thanks for replying. I've done exactly that and gone for R/R, evo, s/s. Still not 100% but am sure this has to do with tire pressure. running 1.7 raer and 1.6 front. Thanks again.
In MTB events we all try to get into some rhythm going and there is always a dash to enter the single track first. However who has the right of way once you have entered a narrow single track? The guy/girl who enters the single track first? or The guy/girl who shouts "rider coming" - are you expected to stop pull your bike over and let the rider through?

Upgraded to 27.5 Scott Spark and was very happy with Maxxis Crossmax (UST/Lust) rear and Monorail (UST/Lust) on the front on the 26er also a dual suspension bike. Never had a puncture or cut tire but paid the weight penalty. Did some research and went for Schwalbe Nobby Nic (Evo, Snakeskin, Pacestar TLR) and converted then to tubeless with sealant and no problems.They grip well but don't roll as well as the Maxxis and are a very noisy tire. I want a hassle free no punctures low rolling resistane tire for XC and light trails. I In the Scwalbe range which is the better of the 2 for my riding Racing Ralph or Rocket Ron? Any suggestions of any other brand would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi, I'm looking for some guidance please. Is there a difference between a oversized 31.8mm and a 31.8mm stem for m/biking? For example Ritchey WCS C-260 oversize 31.8mm is the stem on the Scott 700 RC but no mention of" oversized" in the Ritchey website on the C-260 stem. Thanks.

Hi, I ride XC which sometimes includes trail (roots, rock gardens etc). The Easton EA 90 XC would appear to be ideal but have noted some negative comments about the wheel especially their hubs. Very little reviews noted but can anyone share some first hand experience or are the negative comments merely a blip? Currently have AM Tubeless 26" Thanks.
