  17. Ok cool, thanx for the quick responce. BTW this was Cajees in Roodepoort who told me this (after they installed my brothers shock the wrong way around....) Could you go step by step thought this for me and advise me on when to wash. Please keep in mind I ride mostly at night (cold) and once on a weekend.
  18. Hello again all PLease could someone advise me on whether clips actually help ALOT. I got normal pedals on my Mt. Fuji currently but I bought shimano clip-in pedals waiting to be installed. Will it make a big difference to my power on uphills etc? I cycle with a friend who is actually less fit than me and rides less often, yet he kills me on uphills, is this because he is using clip-in pedals? Is my stock pedal and MErrel shoe combo just not up to it? or should i change?
  19. Ola all I just want to find out how and when I should wash my mtb. I bought it about 3 months ago and have not washed it (+-120km's on it, mostly offroad), because the bike shop told me, mtb and water dont mix. (?) when google'ing for a answer i got alot of contradictive answers and comment. Could someone please clear this up for me.
  20. the serfas is to see and the frogs to be seen.
  21. Sorry, im a off roader. although both tyres of light, i imaging would wourk well on road cycles. the knog frog is small and light and easy to install, thus making it a great light which allows drivers of cars etc to see you. the serfas is a monster f a light, small and light yet enough power to blind a raging buffalo. i must say when i ride on the tar/road parts of my regular trail and the single track, the lights perform without batting a eyelid and shine correctly and effeciantly to right where i want them.
