The best road I found was Lynnwood or Atterbury. No stops, constant drag (Going East) and the traffic is not bad if you ride early.

Can anyone suggest a good road in Centurion and surrounding areas that you can do a +-20min time trial on?

I have been using the highway to Harties, but this is becoming more and more dangerous and I cant seem to find an alternative.

Does anyone know of a GREAT mechanic in Pta.

I have a Cervelo with internal cabling and the rear derrailer cable keeps jamming.

 

Have replaced cables and housing, but I continue to battle.

Terrible parking arrangements. Very dangerous ride. My friend rode cat 4 and ended up finishing in an ambulance.

They really need to do some more research before just changing route.

 

Narrow roads with no hills to split the bunch up!

 

Oh well. Now for Emperors next weekend.

I think 11sp may use smaller diameter cables than 10sp.

Not sure, but all I know is that Campy parts work best with Campy. I almost gave up and sold the Gruppo to put on Sram red.

Well the filing took 5sec. Used one of those electric grinder things. Didn't have a clue at that moment if it would affect anything

My local bike store fitted Shimano cable to my 11Speed Super Record Gruppo and the shifting was not to great. The cable wasn't releasing properly. I just changed all the cables to the Campy Ultra low friction cables and all is sorted. My machine is shifting better then ever.

 

Only use CAMPY for CAMPY.

The local bike store fitted Shimano cables on my bike and I read somwhere that the Campag Cablesmust be used.

I just finished fitting all new cables and housing (Campy ultra low friction) and the bike is shifting like Butter.

 

Leason learned. If its a Campy Gruppo Stick to Campy Cables..

It's not the groupset. Check the usual culprit - bent rear deraileur hanger. Get someone to put a deraileur guage on the bike and see that it is straight.

 

I'm riding Campy Chorus 11-sp and it is faultless.

I agree. Three weeks ago I was also experiencing severe knee pain. After my setup was corrected within a week

the pain subsided.

I ride super record with a Cervelo Soloist, your problem is more than likely in the setup of the groupset. As it is 11 speed it is quiet difficult to get 100 % right but when you get the set up spot on it will ride like a dream. My bike went back a few times before my LBS got it right.

 

 

Which bike store did you take it to?

Def not the groupset.

 

If you can't get it it fixed, you can bring the bike to me and I'll try to help you tune them.

I've recently replaced all cables on my campag groupset and tuned everything

 

Where about are you situated? , as I have taken the bike in to various bike stores and still I seem to have a problem.

I am currently riding a Cervelo S2 with Campagnolo Super Record Gruppo.

The shifting is really really poor. I have changed cabling etc.

 

Does anyone know if this is the groupset or the internal cabling in the frame that causes this?

[Training Peaks WKO Software]

Hi All,

 

I recently purchased a Power tap & I was advised to purchase the WKO Software which I did.

Maybe its just me, but this software is very difficult to understand in comparison with the Polar

software.

 

Can anyone suggest someone that I can get advise from and possibly that I can get taught on how exactly to

annalyze my files and training gains. Everyone speak highly about this software, maybe I am missing somthing.
