Hi All. I have searched for this answer everywhere but I can't get a definitive answer. Are the XT and SLX chainrings for the models mentioned above compatible with each other. I understand the AM and AK compatibility already. I want to buy SLX chainrings and put them on my XT cranks. Thanks

Looking for a group ride +-30km/h

I generrally do ride out to the cradle but If I know there is a large group going on a 100km plus ride it gives me more motivation to get up in the morning and meet them. So I am mainly looking for a road group that meets consistantly at a certain time every week. Similar to the Lido group in the south. I ride with cycle lab on a saturday but I haven't heard of any organised rides on Sunday. Is there an unofficial group that rides from cycle lab/broadacres/mugg and bean in Sunninghill?

Mainly road but MTB too. Pretty much anwhere north. Sandton Central, Fourways, Broadacres etc.

Does anyone know of any open group rides on a Sunday in the North of JHB?

Thanx alot. I mainly need to correct a leg length issue about half a centimetre. Cyclelab used to have the lewedge system but i'm not sure if they still do.
