Why you wanna take shortcut if the extra km's of the loop will make you only stronger? I do that loop twice to get 68km in total and 1500m of climbing. Very good ride.

Hi Guys, I am looking for more info on the Cradle rides in the West Rand. I heard there is a 30km and 60km loop? Can anyone please help with maps of the loops and places to stop your car. Profiles will be a bonus. Thanks.

I have a used Shimano Sora groupset, 8 speed. It's about 2 years old. what would the value be? I have a brand new chain for it as well.
