I commute all over the place and have been using the Deuter Bike 1 Backpack for a while. It is really comfortable, does not move around at all when set up properly (I have even used it a few times on runs). And it has loads of space. I use it when I go to the pool and it has plenty of room for towels and fresh clothes. I got it in cape town, from a shop somewhere in Century City.

Hi, You can buy this Large Merida for R1500. One time offer only though, as I am driving up to Plett tomorrow and could make a plan to hand over to someone. I know its more than R1000, but just taking a chance. (2007 model, lots of mileage, frame has some careless transport damage and bb needs replacing)
