  1. Rushsports has listet the Sukuma frame at R17500
  2. So this weekend my Jabula had to undergo some intensiv testing. Used Yesterday and Friday for some trubleshooting and to get used to the bike. Today we went into a flowtrail Park some 150k away from my place. The park was awesome to test the bike. One round was about 7k wit 160m ascent and 160m descent, Well prepared Single and Flowtrails, Jumps and so on. Once I got used to the bike the fun began. The Jabula can do everything. She is Stiff on climbs and very smooth on trails. I am completely stunned by this machine. The way she goes, I don't think I will need a Kalula. The Jabula can to the same downhill Stuff. But the Jabula as I said before can CLIMB. Unfortunately due to the weather (It was the warmest Day in Europe since 150 Years (Not Joking) 5 Rounds was enough for me. But with each kilometer I love the bike more and more.... Can't really believe I have 14.5 kilos of weight that I have to move. Feels more like 12.

  14. They are teleased
  15. No they don't have them yet...
  16. Lol, just as I wrote that last post, my mood changed completely because of very very good news....
  17. Well it's just frustrating.. But I will wait. Got some information from morewood this morning. Of course I had wished for better news. But at least it was something more informative than before, and sportsnut got the same infos as I did. Will keep on waiting for the bike, because I don't really know why but I still believe in Morewood. Yes I am moaning, but it is frustrating, but I am sure as soon as she is here the moaning will stop and my mood will change completely.
  18. What only one other ready frame? That somehow ruins my day once again. First it was March, then June, in June they where apparently packing up the bikes for Shipping. Three weeks ago Richard Carter said I would definately have my frame in July but more likely within 2 weeks. Thats 3 Weeks ago. July ends on Tuesday, and still no sign of the frame... Morewood doesn't reply to any Emails anymore and my importeur also does not get any Answers from Morewood regarding the Jabulas and Sukumas. The strange thing is that they are able to order Kalulas or Makulus and get replies if they have questions about those frames. I tell you guys I am quite pissed. We are going too have 4 - 6 weeks of bike friendly weather here and then autumn and winter starts and I can hang a 7500 Euro Bike into my lounge and wait 6 months until I can ride. Should of actually not believed them when they said the bike would come in July and just ordered the Tracer or Carbine. But nooo I had to trust them. Sorry guys but this company is really making me cross slowly.
  19. Well I hope the testing will make the bike as great as the makulu. Somehow I have the feeling the will arrive next week.
  20. Thats one of the test bikes. Has been seen a minth ago already. Mick hannah had his at crankworx already.
  21. A new picture of the demo bike was presented on twitter today. Hope the first batch comes to europe next week.
  22. I lived in Joburg 2 years ago, went riding with the JMBC guys a few times. But then I had no car and stayed in Auckland PArk so I went riding in Rietvlei if I could get my uncles car or just did my rounds to Zoo Lake, Northcliff and so on. Off course, as soon as I am in Munich we can go for a ride. But first I need my Jabula, My CUBE Reaction GTC is no fun....
  23. Well Bikeshops don't pay that well, but 9months overtime is about one Jabula. Live south of Frankfurt, there are some nice regions to play around with a 170mm beast... But the masterplan is actually to spend November till March in South Africa, unfortunately Joburg.
  24. Well just look at frame prices from intense or Santacruz, they are in the Same region. I had a check on the US prices for the Sukuma and must say the US is the cheapest price to get the bike. Was about 1899 Euros for the frame. My alternative Frame the Tracer2 from intense is about just as expensive as the Sukuma and the Jabula. But if you are thinking in dimensions of about 80000 Rand for a bike, it does actually not really matter if ist is 5000 or 10000 Rands more. My actual calculation was 40000 Rand for the whole bike... But now its double... But I will have fullfilled a dream... Who cares about the price (and I also must say, my boss is contributing a huge amount too the bike as my bonus and then I also get special prices because I work in a bike shop)
  25. 2299 euros. So about 23000 rand
