  1. Hi, what are you folks using for vertigo after open water swimming. Especially after a rough sea swim. It's similar to what I experience after some long haul flights. The chemist told me that I won't get something that won't make me drowsy. I'm not sure how it will affect my bike ride and run afterwards if I don't take anything.
  2. Hi, we will be hanging out in CT after Christmas for about 10 days. Are there any cycling groups out there in the Durbanville area. Can you recommend some safe routes? Also, where do you guys go and train for OWS?
  3. For the single parents out there, it's really worthwhile to invest in a gym where they look after your kids. My husband is away a lot and it's realy been the best thing I could've done!
  4. Just be cautious of the Bestum. If you end up with nausea and vomiting, headaches...it's the bestum.
  5. I've never had flue in my entire life. I did however start to get sick 2 years ago every time during March/Oct and will then struggle with a cough for weeks. I lost 12 kgs since beginning of year and eat all my portions of proteins and veggies/fruit every day. Never been sick since. Take flaxseed and good multivite and some extra zink every single day. :clap: :clap:

  7. Use the Training Centre. I've just had problems with garmin connect - barely using it now, but did download the training centre. It's less frustrating.
  8. Hi, I might be able to get a Giant OCR3 for a good price. Is it a good enough bike to spend some money on - upgrade with new group set and other equipment?
