Today I fell for the first time... It was EPIC!!! ???? ???? Loved it, the pain is unbearable but that didn't stop me from completing my 20km... Be safe out there lads... My knee is crooked but I'll live.

Really got to think about this while I was out yesterday... Any update on this, is there an app or device that can alert someone in case of a crash while on a lone ride? In case of a hit and run so that I don't die in a ditch somewhere... Thanks in advance

Thanks you, I did exactly that... It was so difficult... My bums hurt... But I enjoyed it. Only had helmet and regular running clothes and trainers on...

Bought my first mountain bike today Silverback - beautiful machine, can't wait to come here and post about my rides, I just need proper riding gear now
