  1. I race olympic distance and yes, it's more complicated than just going as hard as you can on the bike
  2. Me too, works very well. I use blackburn slick cages, never had a bottle pop out on my road or mtb. (Obviously no tri-bars on my mtb)
  3. I heard of a guy that had a double knee replacement and suffered lots of pain afterwards. He lived in Cape Town and decided to go and swim in the sea to check if it didn't help (since nothing else did). He reckoned that the pain got better with every swim...
  4. I applied the TI principles from what I saw on youtube and I improved quite a bit. It works.
  5. +1 on the Adamo. Got the "Road" and can't see myself riding in TT position on anything else than an Adamo.

  7. Roadbike insured - comprehensive, MTB is "cheap" so taking my chances.
  8. Yes, wetsuit will be allowed regardless of the water temp. Heard it directly from the main organizer.
