  1. Invest in a indoor trainer! Ive got one, and if you are strapped for time its just the tool you need!
  2. I think about a R1000 when I bought mine. Could be less now. Ill have a look! Thanks! No power meter though??
  3. I was looking at the CS 600 but found that I really do not need more than the CS 400....big price diff so the CS 600 was def not worth it. The CS series is a must have I think! No PAIN.....No GAIN! Whats the price difference between the two?
  4. Ive read some forums on the cs 600, and would like to know if any HUB rider uses one of these? Im only looking to use the cs 600 as a benchmark of my own fitness? Please dont tell me the power tap is a better option!- this i already know, but it is to pricey at this stage. Anybody using the cs 600? Would you recommend it, and if so where do i find one at a good price??
  5. Hi Spinnekop This is very motivational! I am based in Hartebeespoort area, not far from Pta, so i will take your advice on the coaching!! Thanks!!
  6. No problem!! I also needed that qeustion answered!!
  7. I have been cycling for about 8 years now, and only in the last two years i used a heart rate monitor. Ive been all over the net, reading training articles on this topic. The experts say that the majority of ones training "BASE" should be between 65-70%. But when i train i reach this zone very fast, and it feels as if im wasting my time. Should i take it up a bit for base training? Ive only started traininng for two months now, and would like to go through all the heart training stages. Any advice please?? Maybe a long term training program??
