I have the flu and cant ride this wekend, So i have a race entry for sunday..Eastrand area!

The wind was a killer. But it was a very nice race...

So I have noticed that at the start of a race, that i k@k off the first 10-15k I struggle to hold on to my group!. But i call it the second half of the race i can sit in-front and go like a train with no problems. Am i doing something wrong not to have the power from the start? I would welcome any advise Regards

Any body here interested in a training ride on the loop, I personally have not been on the loop but i am told that it is a very good but hard ride, Can we arrange for a Hub group ride? Let me know what we all think of it?. Can we braai there?

How the hell can you take a race into soweto and not plan it?. CSA knows the world was watching us( And they stuff it up), This just shows that CSA can't organize a BIG event without making a stuff up :thumbdown: ..Will we ever get to c the big teams racing here Hell NO. It was embarrassing to hear "The Voice" of cycling saying that he has NEVER seen anything like this in his cycling career, Why not use the same company that does 94.7. They look like they can organize road closure. . 9/10 Times this is the last tour in S.A

What a bike Did my first road race this past weekend, and it was pure joy to ride this machine, I enjoy the bike more and more every time i ride it, My MTB is just standing and collecting dust now( it's for sale) Silverback sierra . I can say that i am enjoying the sport of cycling more than ever now is it the bike?. Can't tell you Hope to c all at the RP ride this week end
