Hi Guys, I have entered the 36ONE as a solo rider, and would like to know, are there any one with experience of this race in the Centurion/Pretoria area who are willing to share information on dos, don'ts and how to, for a first timer.   3. Hi All, I got a new Wahoo kicker HR monitor. I did remove the old HR monitor info from my device. (Elemnt Bolt,) I paired and saved the new monitor to the device. Problem is now, when riding, the device register double my heart beat, (like 120BPM in stead of 60BPM) when starting the ride. Middle of the ride it sticks to about 125BPM with peaks of up to 200BPM. I did all updates available, back to factory setting with new setups, but still it shows double the BPM. Any idea what could be the problem.

  5. Afternoon, Anybody did this race before. Would like to know, if you enter as a solo rider, how safe would this race be, because sure there would be areas where a rider would be alone and not in a group. Any one with experience of this race. Thanks.
  6. Hi Guys, looking for a hanger bracket , Giant part no 1280GS804Y07D2 Changed my Anthem from 2x to 1X12 Existing hanger got offset, but looking for the straight Schram bracket. With the existing bracket I can not adjust the B limit. Thanks Hennie
  7. Did my first Baviaans, (the Repeat) last year at 70 with Robert and Garry. When Robert pulled out, I thought "what am I in for". Thanks to Garry, nicked named "Coach" who helped me through, especially on Mack, not to mention the mud................. We came in at 15hours and 18min. Looking forward this year with Garry, again the Repeat. If the weather stays the same, I am going to enjoy it this year.
  8. Hi Guys, I am using the free version of Strava and Wahoo to record rides. On the progress graph it used to show accumulated kilometers per week. I have upgraded on my cell phone, and now it shows accumulated hours per week. How can I change this back to show kilometers instead of hours ? Thanks Hennie
