  1. I know of this incident , and it is true , the second rider is a cousin of one of my colleagues . The lady in question was accosted from behind , he tried to push her off, when she turned around she saw he was holding his P----s in his other hand , she kicked him off his bike , and rode off screaming at the top of her lungs , he tried to run after her, but other riders turned around to assist and he got away. Seems this dude targets women . So a warning posted on the hub - use it or lose it
  2. Thank you , will take it there
  3. Good luck finding a battery , my 725SX keeps on resetting itself and fades when placed close to the strap. So I thought I would look for a battery for it CR2354- after 2 weeks of going to every conceivable shop , I am about to give up and maybe have to send it to polar
  4. Great turnout and well marshaled - thank you Marshall's
  5. R.I.P Burry
  6. Probably offroad
  7. This morning at 10.30 am riding on Barbara Road towards North Reef Road , just before Bester road , I heard a commotion on the top floor of the flats on the left, when I saw this guy coming running to the end of the balcony, he hurled a 2 litre bottle of coke from the third floor at me , missed me by inches , as I managed to increase my speed when I saw him throw something so I managed to get away. If this had hit me or my bike who knows what would have happened as that was a 2 kg missile coming at me at speed.. Now not only do we have to be aware of what is around us at ground level , but what also what can sent from above from flat balconies!
  8. Got this from Asg events "Good day we announced yesterday that your times would be adjusted accordingly the same people that do the timing for argus and 94 were the people there yesterday and will adjust all persons affected accordingly"
  9. Well we had to stop for nearly an hour with 17kms to go , we had to wait for a helicopter to move a seriously injured cyclist . Lets hope they adjust our time.
  10. You are able to drop your bike at Cabineer's hall on Saturday, this is where the bus will drop you off on the morning of the race, 1km to start
  11. Not if you come from Johannesburg

  14. Just been to the 17.30 spinning class and the bikes that David the club manager had ordered were installed in the class. What a pleasure to spin on decent spinning bikes again. Well done to David for listening to his members.
