  1. Many dealings with him, both buying and selling - Never any problems!
  2. I am just about to make a move over to compact cranks, will let you know what effect it has, if any!
  3. Interesting point on the shellac, when I did woodworking, I used shellac to do a french polish on the timber. All this time I should have been using it to stick my tubbies on. I guess my tubbies will shine nicely now!!!
  4. Tell us more, are they key less like the Renaults?
  5. Another advantage of a tubby is that it is more round in its shape than a clincher. I find this helps me with taking high speed corners more confidently. Tubbies do tend to give a more "silky" ride. Train on clinchers, race on tubbies. If you puncture at least it gives your wife something to do on race day, like come and fetch you!
  6. Yes I believe it actually comes with two white stripes as well!
  7. Don't want to get into a brand war. Had similar problems, switched to Vittoria tubbies. Touching wood, so far no hassles at 11 bar. (Max 14) Mt 2c worth
  8. Yip, I agree Greyowl. (Dare I say it, but I am thankful too for Campag!)
