Hi guys... So did my 1st trip yesterday 5.65 km in 23 min and 2nd trip 4.15 km in 19 min. Musy say that i would be able to do allot more but those uphills are killing me. Taken that i do moderate cardio 3to5 days a week, how far and fast should i be doing as a beginner?

So im deciding between Merida100matts tfs 4700 Silverback saturn. 4999 Gt3.0 4500 These are from linden cycles and i wana go buy tomorrow What u guys recon? Oh and what accessories is a must for now?
