  1. Whiskers, add me too please.... Current weight - 98kg Height - 182cm
  2. Well, I got the sensor opened and will replace the battery tomorrow.
  3. I've owned this bike from new and always run the sensors at the rear. This is so that I can also log my indoor rides btw. I did notice that the light isn't flashing! Going to try this. I will let you know if it works.
  4. OK, so I pulled the trusty old Giant TCR out of the 'graaj' today after a 6 month hiatus. The heart rate function and cadence monitors are both still working fine but the speed sensor won't kick in. I have checked to see that the magnet and sensor (see pic) are aligned properly and that the space between the two are close enough as well. Still ... nada! Any ideas or anyone had a similar problem and found out what the problem can be? There is a new battery in the monitor itself so I doubt that it's that! *stumped*

  9. Mux, ingesting chemically produced HGH is prolly looking for trouble, but with L-Glutamine they claim that it increases the body's natural ability to secrete HGH which is something naturally produced by the body anyway. HGH (human growth hormone) assists in metabolising fat and helps to support new muscle growth. Sounds handy to me! Wesbrad2008-02-14 12:46:10
  10. Here is a fairly simple regimen that came out of the Bicycling website. http://www.bicycling.com/article/1,6610,s1-4-20-15681-1,00.html It explains in simple terms which core exercises target which core muscles / muscle groups and how each one relates to your cycling. Good luck!
