  6. To be honest I could imagine the amount of refunds regarding this Groupon deal... even my one mate said the refunds would hurt them more! Hopefully the refunds reflect for all as soon as possible!

  9. I left a voicemail message for him and was thinking of going straight to hellopeter but chose not to in the end. All I want right now is my money back so I can put that money towards a light from Magic_shine!
  10. Well all I can say is that waiting for my refund to reflect in my account as supposed to waiting for their Manager to contact me... it will be quicker to get the refund from them! Sadly I will need to wait a little longer before making another straight purchase as my budget only allowed for this price range. Hopefully by the end of the month I will have a light to cycle with! Very disappointed in Groupon and their response time

  14. Haha... actually on my 3rd cup of coffee Turns out that Groupon can offer my a Pyro LED light if I am willing to pay in the difference between the two lights!

  19. The fact that the product purchased online does not match the product in the order confirmation from Groupon. According to the order confirmation I should be expecting a product that makes use of a Pyro LED light which I saved 54%! I know now that Extreme lights does not make use of that light which has been confirmed by you. All I want is either my money back or a product which makes use of a Pyro LED light as confirmed in the email from Groupon!
