  1. Very nice looking baby, congrats
  2. Nope you have to run Sram shifters with the Xo derailler, Shimano cassette will still work fine.
  3. I ride without the sensor and have found that I loose signal on my MTB in forest areas and do not match the readings on mates polars, distance + average speed etc

  12. I would think that he should rather ride a stumpjumper than an Epic at 120KG........ Just found out his reserve bike is indeed a stumpy which he used to complete the epic.Goldmember2008-04-07 12:31:14
  13. Scalpel?? as Para says shock plays part I personally would say the Spec Epic is the one I want.
  14. As mentioned above Cyclelab charge R450 for computerized setup and R250 for a visual setup assuming you do not buy the bike from them. Goldmember2008-04-01 14:12:09
  15. Hi Hagar I have missed this thread and just spent the last 30 minutes reading all the posts, well done on an awesome achievement. Can we have an update is there still a shortfall that we can contribute to?Goldmember2008-04-01 08:33:06
  16. Well said.
  17. good one HR
  18. I agree with crow try get a bike with Hydraulic discs brakes already. I have built up many bikes and the costs to upgrade at a later stage are excessive. e.g disc hubs +/- R800, Hydraulic brake +/- R2000, disc rims etc. Still have a hardtail with V's on and do not enjoy riding is but its nice to look at . I also added cable discs to one of my bikes and it was a waste of money should have stuck with the V's.
