I lost my Nissan car keys and gate remote Sunday 16/9 morning sometimes between 7:30 and 9:00
Greenside, Emmarentia, Albertsfarm.
There is a blue remote with four buttons, the Nissan key and one other key on the bunch

I picked up a light whilst jogging just below the dam wall Saturday (9/9/2017) about 8 am.

The bike was stolen from the bikerack in traffic. somewhere around Bela bela on the old Pretoria road.
My well researched team is down to 7.

Taking Bicarbs to reduce the lactic acid in you blood stream ?
Would the acid in your stomach not neutralize the bicarbs. Or are you going to increase the ph in your gut enough to leave some un-reacted bicarbs that your lower intestines can take it up and react with the lactic acid in your blood stream.
Got to keep them seperated.

1. Someone once told me 1kg on the bike = 10 kg on the rider.
He was a big guys with a light bike.

have Elixir 5s on my Giant, They squeal like a pig. Shimano some-number on my Momsen-ss with a pair of No name brand rotors. Just before Sani the hub departed on the giant so I changed the rim. The no name brand rotor was no screaming. It felt weird
