I am using a sport product with it in called SIS, why would it be in there???

Just did thanks, sounds like this stuff aint that hot? It is found in diet drinks and other diet stuff... Been linked to some not so good side effects, infact it sounds scary!

What is it?

There are many ZMA products on the market. USN, Muscle Science, Evox, Muscletech, Cadence Nutrition - Testosterone Support, and many more.... I have used them I cant put my finger on it, but I do feel a difference. Is it safe? Well it is just Zinc and Magnesium some have added Vit B and one or two other things.

Thanks at least it is natural, I have heard that some sweetners can be quite nasty.

Is Xylitol performance enhancing? Does anyone know what it is?

I have tried a few "wonder" energy drinks on the market, just found SIS at Cyclelab the stuff works and tastes great.
