Fill gouges and scores with Pratleys clear epoxy or clear nail varnish Allow to harden Using the 2000 wet n dry paper, remove all high spots and sand till level Viola! Good as new. The worst case I had was I had to redo every 9 months.

Busy setting up for my son. Took the wheel from 2009 Boxxer fork and put them into 2010 Boxxer's. Disc rotor is touching the caliper mountings. Surely they should fit? Obvious answer - put in a spacer. But that interferes with thread depth. Help
