  4. I know, have been following all the lights projects, which i had money for one of those Rev 3's.

  6. You can plan a route on Google and then upload it, thing is you only gonna follow a line on your 305, where on the 705 you gonna see all the side roads - full map. If its only for training then 305 are fine, if you want to see it all , then the 705.
  7. Only real difference is the colour gps maps on 705. I have the 305 and it gives me all the info i need to know.

  9. Just attached the battery for my light, i dont think i,m gonna get that car battery up to Bergplaas.

  15. This is not your normal DIY Mtb lights post, i have the real answer. Not Cree or Luxeon are gonna beat this baby. I did a beamshot but all the photos just came out white, all over exposed.Just one problem, need a name for it. Lum. Millions i think Weight. Not to heavy (without battery) Run Time. About 10 min.

  17. Last year i was very lucky to win a Edge 305 in the lucky draw at the Trans Baviaans. The thing is the battery now only lasts for about 9 hours and we are looking at 13-14 hours this year. How can i charge or extend the battery during the race. sampie2008-06-05 08:44:45
  18. With that battery runtime and size you can actually mount 2 of the lights.
