Hi.... Has any riders experienced a trapped nerve issue before? Went out for a ride and felt uncomfortable on my seat. I got off after 50 km and felt stabbing pains in my perineum ( the part that hits the front nose of your seat ) Since then, when i sit down, all the pressure hits to this area and i feel pressure pains, sometimes, stabbing - strange enough, sometimes itching but internally. Has anyone expereinced this before? When i get on my seat, it still very sore but when i poke the area, no pain at all, only when i sit for longer than 30 minutes on a flat seat. Anyone out there experience this and what did you do to find comfort. So, now i dont feel so awkwaerd anymore

I have started cycling recently. Im looking for a Polar Heart rate monitor i can use on the bicycle and when im in the gym. Any advice as to what is the best buy? Needs to be Polar so that i can use the Discovery Vitality benefit.
