Well in 2010 he confessed about his cheating after the Feds issued him with a subpoena. His memoir was only only published in late 2012. I don't deny that he was major doper throughout his career, but still he has a story to tell & a role to play. He will speak about : 'What is the true price of winning at all costs?' and 'The power of truth'.
