Go for the 'sit test' at a specialized dealer and try out a saddle that's the appropriate width. This has solved all my issues - I can now feel the pressure on my sit bones only.

I recently fitted Specialized Ground Control to the front wheel and the grip has been very impressive. Not sure if it's necessarily an improvement on Racing Ralph though....

They are my LBS of choice as well - great service!

It's not a carbon bike. Didn't have any issues with the wheels. I would suggest speaking to Westdene Cycles - not great service, but very good prices.

I had this bike and it was a great machine - my suggestion as well!
