Well bought Liqui moly Boots fett (marina grease) and Liqui moly Brake&Parts cleaner think it will work after reading through all the comments. Thanks for the help.

I'm servicing my bike myself bought the tools should be here tommorow, just want to know what grease to use for the hubs bb etc, and for the disc brakes will Q20 work?
