Great race today guys on a great circuit. Maties dominated the Elite race and broke on the first lap to finish in 1st 2nd and 3rd. The interclub race was won by all ccc members, and the juniors had a mix of ccc, cape town giants and kinetic in the top 3. Look forward to next weeks racing!

Last years Elites averaged 40km/hr as the route is flat albeit slightly technical. My avg isn't as impressive but there is a lot of competition no matter what your fitness level
