I had a failure on my Epic trolley bag. They replaced it, no problem and even got the new bag branded. Couriered it to my door at no charge. Maybe we can share the good stuff as well...

Is it just me or was that one big disappointment? First you pay R180 for a 50km race. Second you end up doing 30km Third no-one seems to care about doing anything about proper results or at least compensation in this regard. Sometimes I feel like just not doing any race anymore...
