  1. another sad day in cycling...... condolences to the family and friends. this has got to a stage where something needs to be done. i'm not sure what but we need to put our collective powers together and present something to the authorities or transport departments. it can't get to a stage where cylists are mowed down every week
  2. i mean really.. enough is enough. cars and more importantly the drivers can't just keep on ploughing into cyclits! we are not cattle on the side of the road or light posts for that matter. in fact i think there might be stats to indicate that more cyclists have been hit than light posts this year. it is completly unforgivable and down to negliagence and probably driving under the influence. this has to stop. imagine you are out on your morning cruise, thinking happy thoughts and next thing you get a smack from behinh/side or front that kills u!! there is unfortunately no recourse as most drivers would just drive off.. unless there are witnesses. condolences go out to his family.. sad
  3. results are up on cyclingnews.com, under the race section
  4. very nice, i'm not a fan of specialized but a sl3 with sram red is a winner.. pity about the bad green throw over the couch though
  5. i scoped the eddy mercx bikes out.. very very slick.... the astana kit is just ok! it will be nice to see all this play out when the new season kicks off! its gonna be fun!
  6. red, dark grey and light grey are a BAD combination... not an impressive design striking though....
  7. holy ****!!!!! that looks hectic! sorry uwe... unlucky man... there are no NICE and soft falls on tar @ 50 k/ph....
  8. Hi guys.. Thanks for all your help, it seems I can't Fit much riding in anyway but for future it will be good, zaskar I might be in touch I suppose it will have to be a rest period and then probably 'break' cranks when I'm back on bike Thanks for all your input
