Between bored and Post Tour Depression! Just thought so many think it is impossible to win all 3 Grand Tours in one calender year. If Tom finishes a close 2nd in the Vuelta or wins it, it might mean it is possible if he could have 3 incident-free tours or a lucky break. 3-4 minutes the difference between 3 tours.

How come there has been no results and race reports on the Mpumalanga Tour that ran 12-17 January? Apparently the racing was great and the premier teams in SA, RoadCover, Telkom, NAD, ProTouch, Luso were there in full force. Willie Smit proved himself to be the best stage racer in SA road cycling at the moment. Whose responsibilty is it to keep cycling fans, especially road cycling fans up to sped with what is happening!

Anyone have an idea what the connection or commercial interest is behind Klein Constantia being the title sponsor for a development/feeder team for Etixx registered in Czech Republic?

Hi there. The Clover Lowveld Tour is currently under way in the Graskop area. One of the few multi-stage road cycling races on the calender. Struggling to find results anywhere except a few twitter feeds by Europcar. Who is the media partner to the event? What timing and result system are they using? If the results are on a social media platform, it is so well hidden. Tried website and Facebook page ofH&A Toere, the race organising duo of Hendrik & Drieni Wagenaar, doubling up as CSA commissaires and race directors, CSA website (is this a sanctioned event), Clover Tour website and Facebook page. No joy. Who are the time-keepers, racetec, about2time, heaven forbid CSA time-keepers and why is it taking so long to post full stage results for small, 40 strong elite field?

Jevandre Pauls, 2013 SA junior road champ riding for Bonitas, and Craig Symonds, riding for RideLife Giant, were hit from behind by a vehicle outside Stellenbosch yesterday whilst out on a training ride. Jevandre Pauls sustained serious head injuries and facial fractures, and was placed in an induced coma and on a ventilator. Craig Symonds sustained a cracked hip.

How does it work if I buy something on e-bay? If I pay R100 for a cycling shirt on e-bay, do I calculate the tax on R100 or on what SARS estimate a similar item in SA would cost, eg. R400?
