I'm very keen. I also live in Obz and need some social guilt to get my lazy ass out of bed. My normal time is 5:00 to 5:30, also a 2 hour ride. My normal route is past Kirstenbosch, across Constantia Neck to Houtbay and back via Suikerbossie, Beach Road and the city. (48km, normally takes me 1:45 to 2:00, depending on the wind/traffic/night before). Tuesdays and Thursdays are my swimming days, but I'm good for Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings.
