  5. The tech guys are working on this with VCS - apparently it's basically a case of their site not directing the user back to us after the payment completes, so our site has no way of knowing the sale has concluded. We can though check manually, so the ball gets caught a day or so later and the sale concluded from our side. That's obviously not the plan though, but at least know the sales are going through and your items will be en route shortly. Thanks for your patience guys
  6. Most of them (90%+) will be there - stock gets topped up every two weeks so levels usually very good. Like I said earlier, only small issue has been the cap stock which has been harder to maintain, but we'll get on top of that. Thanks for the support
  7. Will get onto this first thing tomorrow morning with the web guys... can only guess it's a communication error between VCS and the site. Apologies for any inconvenience - will be in touch
  8. Thanks for the heads up - glad you came right. Will keep an eye out for any similar issues heading forward and make sure it's running smoothly Enjoy the kit
  9. Let me see what I can do
  10. If you're looking for a nice top for your early morning and evening rides, our Bionic Elite Cycling jersey is a great option, bright bold coloration combined with strategically placed 3M reflective visi strips on the lower back and sleeves will make you stand out from all angles while on the road. Safe riding this weekend guys and girls
  11. Anyone grabbed one of our cycling caps yet? These have been a great hit so far... look forward to launching some more designs later this year We've had some minor troubles keeping the shops fully stocked, so just remember you can grab one online if that's ever the case! http://weardirect.co.za/product-category/cycling-accessories/
  12. I have had an initial meet up with David regarding his kit, but he's still undecided on the kind of design he's looking for and has been caught up with his work the last month. I've given him a few reminders and hopefully we'll get cracking on something sooner rather than later. Will be sure to share the design when we've made it - it's always great to do something nice and unique for a client.
  13. Ah, Weardirect is a bit of a different story. There should be around 15/20 items on Weardirect now... but yeah, nothing quite like we used to have. We had a major issue a couple weeks back with our domain hosts dropping the ball and as a result had to rush forward with the new website build we had only just started on. We're uploading items all the time at the moment but it will still be a week or two before the whole site is back up and fully populated. We've been wanting to upgrade the site and look for sometime, you will note we even have a new logo, but yeah, in this rushed manner has not really been fun, especially at such a busy time of the year, but we had our hands forced and had to make it work. We're re-shooting all the items and upgrading the details available for each item, so it's a really large process, but we're pretty sure it will be worth it in the long run. Apologies for any inconvenience, if there is any item you are looking for in particular that isn't online yet, just drop an email to Pieter at shop@anatomic.co.za and he can sort out any orders for you.
  14. Slickjay, I can't go into too many details, but it just wasn't working out unfortunately... a real pity as we need a shop out that side and it's a great opportunity in books. The shops (we have 4 perfect running models) are a good base for a nice basic turnover, and that then coupled with being a rep is potentially very good business. I can tell you straight up our reps earn very well. We will keep trying though
  15. Thanks Duane, took a bit of a risk with that slogan... probably should just have left it as Gravity to keep things a bit safer, but we will learn as we go along with these. Thanks for the feedback, appreciated, glad we're ticking some of the right boxes
  16. A fun new item we have added to our range is the cycling themed T-shirt. These fully printed T-shirts are a unique combination of Polyester and Cotton. The aesthetic is a slightly different feel to your usual cotton shirt, it unfortunately will never be quite as soft as cotton, but it does from my experience soften a bit more after a few washes. There are some massive plus points though to the shirt being largely Polyester - the shirt will not shrink, will not lose it's shape, will not fade (ever!) and so for your R239 you get a T-shirt that will seriously last you an age. Not like most T-shirts these days which find themselves being used as bike rags within a year. Check them out, we have some for sale at the Cycle Challenge Expo starting tomorrow. Would love to hear your guys feedback
  17. Scott, sorry for the slow reply, missed this among my emails in the pre-94.7 hustle and bustle. We're busy developing a Tri pattern - we've sourced a really great fabric and working on a few things with one of the athletes we sponsor - Sylvia van Tromp. Will let you know when we're a bit closer to being ready for final production
  18. So we're officially in the game of making more casual Trail/Enduro type riding gear... as you've probably seen we have some baggies out on the market, and now we've added a Trail top to the mix. These two designs are going into production this week. We offer a 3/4 sleeve as well as full sleeve option. For now it's just a Unisex fit, but the ladies specific pattern is already in the pipeline. So yeah, fully printable, fully custom Trail gear made right here in SA... would love to hear your thoughts, hope you like them! Have a great weekend and keep the rubber side down
  19. They're in production as we speak, we have a range of ten different designs in the pipeline... we might test them out on Weardirect first to gauge the response initially, but will hopefully have some stock at the CPT store soon too. Thanks for your interest, watch this space
  20. Thanks for the support Harryn, hope you guys have a great trip and your last bit of prep for Shova goes well!
