Weather's looking Ok for Sunday so far - at least the norwegians think it'll be OK. Tough to tell from where I'm sitting atm (Lundun). Any idea on peripheral festivities? Worth bringing the pit-crew along?

There's an event in that neck of the woods called the Grabadoo, runs on the 31st of Dec. Its got a 62km route (± 15km on tar, rest on dirt road or jeep track). Starts and finishes in one of the 'braks (think Groot). Some absolutely deadly climbs and pretty good scenery also. Some of the residents get a bit cranky though:
