  1. Thanks! Is that triathlon group training for Ironman by any chance? My housemate and I live in Melrose, are both training for Ironman and would like to join them for the rides - if possible??

  3. Are you sure it's overtraining? What are his symptoms? loss of appetite, weight loss, sore muscles all the time, increased thirst...are some of them. don't completely stop training, but cut right down, should do 20min very light per day and lots of stretching, try that for a week and then start slowly increasing up to normal training. If it's really severe can take up to 6 weeks to fully recover.
  4. socks, sun-tan cream, t-shirt, water bottle, chocies & sweets, gels/GU/energy bar, massage gels, vouchers, definately the beer tent cupons and less paper- no one even reads it. salomon trail running series always have cool stuff like free buffs or salomon gear-quality stuff.

  6. A group leaves from the virgin active exit at 6am saturday and sunday (I think). I've heard the pace it pretty quick...they probably do 2:30 to 3hrs.
