Thanks to all who popped in on Saturday and introduced yourselves to me. Had really good feedback and by the sounds of things you guys were happy with what we now have in store. Also thanks for all the comments left on here, i definitely will do my best to take into a count everything mentioned.

yeah for sure, look we going to do everything we possibly can to get where we need to be as a respected cycling shop. we dont have the recognition or status yet but we will. things like what you said about not getting helped as a walk in customer, thats BS, customers should alwasy be helped or served no matter how full or busy, even if its to say sorry sir give me two minutes, im just busy with so and so. If this happens in my store i would like to hear about it, I am only as good as my weakest link, so i need to train my guys properly and if there are any bad apples well then they need to go. simple as that. you guys want the best, i will give you the best, but like i said it only comes with your feedback and comments. leave it on this site, i read every message, tell me in store or email me at dylan.hardouin@gmail.com that why i know whats going on behind the scenes. i think im even going to run some mystery shoppers to ask some detaile questions and see how it goes. remember guys our new store is open tomorrow and i will be in till around 11am. it really is looking supurb and its not even 100 percent complete. see you there

For all those interested, we have now opened the cycling shop to public and tomorrow i will be in store till about 11:00 am. i will look like horse poo cos im here the whole night but come past and have a look at our new amazing shop. trust me its something quite fantastic. looking forward to seeing you all there and please come introduce yourself to me and let me know what you think. i will be wearing a black livestrong T-shirt. cheers guys

Yes our range currently is Olympic, Shimano, Serfas and first ascent and cater for road and MTB. we have had those for the past few months already. Servicing is a different game all together, take for example your car, you could take it to the original dealer and not be happy with it, you could take it to some back yard mechanic and your car will never have driven better. same goes with our bikes. i did mention in one of my earlier posts, our mechanic has been with us for about 3 years now, we recently sent him to cape town where he went to Merida, Trek and omnico for extensive training and I am more than confident he is 100 percent qualified to do any service you as customers will need. just in store we have trained our whole team how to strip down a bike, right down till the point where we open up your bearings and clean them out. we have a full workshop of new tools, prob about 12k worth, plus a truing stand and a few other essentials. so we are ready to make a difference. Please guys i say this again, dont go to all the S.W. and expect this, its Fourways only. one day when i grow up and get to regional manager position i can have this influence on other stores. thanks for all the comments and feedback. i read every message and take it into consideration

Guys remember im talking about fourways store here, I dont have influence over the other stores. i want my branch to be a success and get to the point where we will, maybe not a first choice, but a close second, even to the biggest critics. we are busy putting the final touches into our store as i type, hopefully I get to see some of you guys in here soon, it is already open from tomorrow to the public so pop in. unfortunately im still on night shift till we complete everything, but as of next week wednesday come and ask for me by name (Dylan- floor manager). It will be good to meet you guys and discuss whatever is on your mind. remember I do have alot of input but you guys are the pros and have the good suggestions. only with your comments/advice can we make this a better shopping experience for you.
