I would say go to the delvera terrain park. They have small jumps that you can practice on, as well as some bigger ones that you can try. And small drops to practice on too.

Im in for building at the trail. I would love to have a DJ session, but im leaving for knysna on monday, and getting back on the 4th of Jan, so ill probably only see you guys after that. The red line marks how to get there. Follow visserhok rd off the n7. The there will be a turn off, which has a small sign saying contermanskloof mtb trails. Orange line marks the average route path that you have to take to get up. Enjoy my skillful art

Yes you can only one problem. U can only push up, and its about a days hike to get to the top haha, I was lucky enough to be able to shuttle. He said he is going to organise shuttles soon with a tractor if more than five guys come. But i would only go there when it is a bit more finished etc etc. Its still in its very early stages. But at the top = very flowy single track

Oooh, contermanskloof is in Durbanville hills. Its awesome, the trail descends down the highest hill in Dbv hills, the one with the huge radio tower on it.

I might know who you are talking about. U talking about robert who is building up in contermanskloof? Brand new trails there, still in the early development, but it has some amazing potential. Meurant sais that its going to be the place to be. I went there, its quite cool, really well built, definately something to watch out for in the near future.
